High Tide - Heart of Hampton Beach!

We will provide you with the code to check in the day before your stay. Using the smart lock is easy! Just press the "Home" button on the bottom left which will light up the keypad, then enter your code. The door will unlock. When leaving you can simply press the "Lock" button on the bottom right to lock the door.

Guests will have access to the entire cottage. High Tide has parking for 1 vehicle in your own lot right outside the cottage. If you have additional vehicles or more than one larger vehicle you will need to find alternative parking. There are paid parking lots around the boardwalk or you can utilize the Hampton Park & Ride that allows free overnight parking.

Before your departure, we’d appreciate if you would take care of the following: - Please strip the beds and leave the linens, towels, etc, and place them in a pile (near the washer machine if there is one) - If you have a washer/dryer it would be amazing if you could start a load of laundry in the washer machine keeping colors and whites separate - If dishes were used, please wash them and kindly place them on the drying rack next to the sink - If there is a dishwasher in the unit please fill it and start the dishwasher with the provided pods - Empty all the trash - Please switch off all the lights - Move all furniture and items back to original locations. - Check all doors and windows to be sure that they are locked Don't forget to sign our guest book! :) We hope you had a wonderful stay and wish you safe travels back home!

Hampton Trash & Recycling Pickup Information Please help move trash & recycling bins out to the front of the street on the previous night or the morning of each trash and recycling pickup day. It would be extremely appreciated. The details are below. Year-Round Monday is both Trash & Recycling Pickup Between July 4th through Labor Day Friday is an additional Trash & Recycling Pickup day

Please treat our home like it's your own. Please be courteous to the other folks trying to enjoy their time on the seacoast as much as you. There are five other units in this building. Please try to enjoy your quiet time after 9pm.  Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning ( dirty dishes, soiled floors.) Cleaning fees set by the host are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations. Trash: Trash pickup is Monday and Thursday. Please make sure your trash is in your designated bin(s) and moved out near the road. Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash. Damage: Where guests cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, we expect guests to inform the host of the damage as soon as possible and work with the host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay a reasonable request for reimbursement if they’re responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs. Approved Guests: Guests should respect the approved number of guests and should ask their host if they’re unsure about the rules for visitors. Disruptive gatherings are always prohibited. NO PARTIES! Please lock the doors when not home and when you leave after your stay.

High Tide is located on the north side of the Hampton Beach Boardwalk. We are less than 400 feet from the Ocean Blvd where you will find the main boardwalk to everything Hampton has to offer. The ocean is also directly across the street.
